Andi believes that gifted learners are among the most misunderstood and underserved populations that exist within a school district.  Most of her work is dedicated to helping educators, parents, and learners, themselves, understand what giftedness is, what it isn't, and how we can serve gifted learners in manageable and meaningful ways.

She also believes that teachers deserve to experience the same during professional learning. It is always her goal to challenge their thinking, support them where they are, engage them through storytelling and authenticity, and understand their reality.
