Dr. Jeffrey Collier is the Superintendent of Saginaw Intermediate School District.  Dr. Collier is an ambassador for education and a champion of student-centric, experiential, and progressive learning cultures. 

As a status quo disruptor, Dr. Collier advocates thoughtful, innovative leadership designs that focus on breaking through barriers to build vibrant cultures of learning and service with positive deviancy.  He has initiated and fostered key partnerships with entities across the nation to promote transformative educational opportunities and services for school systems.
