In Michelle’s 12 years in public education, she has inspired kids in the classroom as a High School English Teacher, she has stretched the minds of students and staff as a District Technology Trainer as well as providing informative and engaging professional development that helps school districts stay on top of evolving educational needs. 

Michelle’s primary focus has been ensuring all students have access to high-quality STEM experiences in and outside of the classroom and she accomplishes this by working with schools and building community partnerships. 

Michelle is passionate about advocating for STEM equity by presenting at conferences, collaborating with organizations, and sparking discussions on social media. She holds a BS in Secondary Education-English from the University of Tampa with certification endorsements in ESOL and Reading. Michelle is particularly excited about connecting with individuals who are finding innovative solutions to systematic issues
